Heavy Duty Perforating Machine

This perforating press can perforate wording of your choice through up to 15 sheets of 80 gsm paper or single plastic credit cards.

The machine can perforate words such as VOID, 9mm high and 29mm long. It can also perforate the word PAID on batches of invoices which have been paid to prevent them being paid twice. The word SAMPLE could be perforated through new designs of card or documents or multi-part sets. Just ask for a quote on your own wording!

Changeable Single Character Perforating Machine

This lever-action machine has a sturdy cast aluminium body, similar in shape to a company seal embossing press. The perforating head contains 25 hardened steel pins in a configuration of 5 rows and 5 columns, which are easily removed and replaced, allowing a single number, letter or symbol to be perforated. Throat depth is 35mm to centre line of pins. Body colour grey or black. Normal delivery time: 2 to 3 days.

The ultimate secure solution for non-alterable document registration or cancellation with date permanently recorded, this Perforating machine perforates a changeable numerical date in character heights of either 6mm, 8mm or 10mm.

It is bench mounted and operated by hand lever. The date is changed by slide-in dies for each number. One line of text of your choice can be added either above or below the date at extra cost.

This machine allows the perforation to take place with wide variation in desired position on the paper by adjustable side and rear stops. Capacity approximately 15 papers at a time. This machine is suitable for perforating papers or light card.
